Democratic elections for the delegation to the 39th World Zionist Congress, which will take place in 2025, were held in Ukraine. Ten Zionist parties and movements that are part of the Zionist Federation of Ukraine participated in the elections.

A total of 1,676 voters were registered, of whom 1,357 cast their votes — a turnout of over 81%, which is remarkably high for elections of this format.

According to the decision of the Credentials Committee, Ukraine will have five mandates at the 2025 Congress. The ranking of the Zionist movements represented in Ukraine by number of votes is as follows: Shas, Eretz Hakodesh, Mizrachi, Ahdut – United for Israel, Likud, Confederation of United Zionists (KUZ), Arzenu, Meretz, Lavi.

The majority of votes were cast from within Ukraine, while 32.5% came from abroad — by those who left the country after February 24, 2022.
